It is more than 20 years since the Helmert brothers conceived of the idea to found a window company in Portugal. At that time, the availability of window options with high technological standards was limited in the South. Clients from Central and Northern Europe building holiday homes in Portugal struggled to source windows of the same quality that was available back home. This gap in the market led to Mestre Raposa first opening its doors in 2003.
Our focus from the start was on supplying high-quality products coupled with premium service, a company ethos that helped us establish our solid, international reputation as a universal supplier of windows and doors. In the two decades since its inception, Mestre Raposa has completed over 5000 window and door projects, and our exceptional quality products have been utilized in new builds, renovations, and in the preservation of historic or listed buildings.
We are interested in every potential project and advise customers and architects on the many possibilities of material, glass and design. Customers building a house in the south or renovating an existing house wish to realize their high standards with our diverse window options, as true luxury is a beautiful home.
With the variety of completed projects, many solution proposals can be developed, from old town houses in historical centers to modern houses in minimalist style. Mestre Raposa also realizes projects abroad and has many references here.
